This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients’ properties are safe and accessible by managing a team of snow removal professionals. Responsibilities

Snow Removal & Crew Supervision:

• Operate snow plow trucks, Snowrator and other snow removal equipment.
• Assist with plowing, shoveling, and deicing for parking lots, driveways and sidewalks.
• Lead a team of snow removal staff, providing training and guidance on best practices.
• Ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Track job progress and equipment usage and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
• Maintain a professional attitude and dependable presence on-site.

Lawn & Landscape Work (Available Pending Winter Season):

• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Assist with mowing, trimming, clean-ups and landscape maintenance.
• Follow daily job routes and complete tasks efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to meet company quality standards.

Equipment Support (Optional / Preferred):

• Perform basic maintenance (e.g., oil changes, blade sharpening) on snow removal and landscaping equipment.
• Assist with diagnosing and repairing small equipment issues.
• Help maintain organized tools and shop space.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or related fields.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred for effective team management.
• Basic mechanical skills or experience with small engine repair (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
