Schedule: Monday to Thursday or Friday | Occasional nights and weekends during winter | Overtime available

We are hiring a Lawn & Landscape Specialist to join our field crew of lawn care and landscaping professionals. If you have a passion for the crisp lines of a freshly mowed lawn and pride yourself on delivering high-quality work for yourself and your team, we’d love to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing as part of a crew on daily job routes
- Complete landscaping jobs for residential and commercial clients
- Install mulch, sod, plants, shrubs, and trees
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment
- Perform seasonal cleanups (spring/fall)
- Communicate job progress with management
- Meet company quality standards and timely route completions
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
- Mechanical skills with experience repairing small engines a plus
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
